I live in Prambanan. Do you know Prambanan? If you
think ‘Prambanan’, you must be think about temple. Am i right?
Prambanan located in border between Klaten and
Yogyakarta. Of course you know Yogyakarta, because a lot of tourism here.
Altough Klaten heard so strange, Klaten also have atractive tourism.
This is a bus that will lead to various places in Yogyakarta. This is certainly very cheap when compared to pay a taxi. There are several kinds of buses, bus codes determine the track. During the holidays, of course there wil be many passengers, so you should be ready to jostle. Hahahaha.
Prambanan Temple and Ratu Boko Temple
Malioboro usually is the last destination of tourists to shop. In this place, you can see a lot of people that sell cloths, textiles, shoes, sandals, etc. Many things are designed in batik. If you want to buy something, I will give you a recommendation for cheaper price. It is bringharjo market. The prices are cheaper than the other place. If you want to buy food, first you have to ask the price. Sometimes the seller gives very expensive price.
Ramayana Ballet
Ramayana ballet is drama that combined with the
typical dance from Yogyakarta. This tells the story of
Rama and Shinta. Initially, the event only showed during the full
moon. But now, we can enjoy it every Tuesday,
Thursday, and Saturday.
But it would be nice if you come during the dry
season. Because during the rainy season,
the show will be held in the building, its name is Tri Murti. During the dry season, the show is played outside. The background is Prambanan Temple and it is very nice. So recommended. The price of the tickets depend seating (classes)
that selected.
In Yogyakarta, the most famous special foods are gudeg and bakpia. Gudeg made from unripe jackfruit,
usually combined with
tofu and sauce. Tasty but I don’t really like. The second is bakpia. Basically, bakpia is made from fine green beans and wrapped with flour.
Now, bakpia available with variety of flavors, such as cheese, kumbu,
red bean, etc. Ahahaha, I
love this one. Moreover Mutiara
Bakpia. Emmm yummy
Still a lot of things that I want to share, but I'm busy right now. I
will continue to
write this post next time. Sorry for my bad
english....
